CDR Maguire Inc. is seeking a skilled Transportation Construction Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract documents, health and safety plans, and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents and health and safety plans
  • Verify accuracy of contractors' layout and delivered materials
  • Prepare and submit daily reports of work performed
  • Effective communication and collaboration with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Utilize computers and common office equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Two years of transportation, highway, or bridge construction experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
  • Preferred certifications: BS Civil Engineering, NICET Level 2 or higher, NECEPT Bituminous field certification, ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification, PennDOT/PTC CDS certification, ECMS experience, OSHA 10-Hour certification
