About the Role

Haven Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent Sales professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing your own book of business, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our service team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

With a strong commission structure in place, we offer a competitive compensation package that rewards hard work and dedication. Our base salary starts at $60,000 per year, with the potential for significant increases through new business commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and obtain new business on your own
  • Grow your book of business by working with our service team
  • Manage and maintain your book of business
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow processes and systems we have in place
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior insurance experience preferred but not required
  • Must attain Property & Casualty license prior to start date (agency will pay for licensing costs)
  • Proficient in computers, particularly Microsoft Office
