Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Representative is responsible for managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale. This includes providing expert advice on how to market and sell a home, as well as finding a new home that meets the client's needs. As a sales professional, you will develop creative strategies to make your clients' homes stand out in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to build quality relationships with clients. Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete, and as they gain experience, they can earn a significant income.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Advise clients on the state of the local real estate market.
  • Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the real estate process.
  • Utilize technology to manage a database of customers and prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
  • Manage marketing and advertising efforts through various channels.
