Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of building maintenance and upkeep, including preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs on mechanical and electrical service center utilities and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, adjustments, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and within safety, quality, and business standards
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct training and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLC, 480v/3 phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
  • Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls
  • Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting 480v and 240v systems
  • Experience troubleshooting pneumatics and conveyors
  • Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMS)
