**HSE Coordinator**

We invite you to consider a pivotal role as the HSE Coordinator at ARB, Inc. In this position, you will take charge of the HSE Management System, ensuring that all operations align with established regulations and standards. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the HSE team, evaluating performance metrics, and working closely with operational managers to drive improvements in health, safety, and environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal HSE protocols.
  • Lead and mentor the HSE team, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HSE performance data and formulate strategic improvement plans.
  • Serve as the primary resource for HSE inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HSE documentation for project proposals.
  • Support investigations into incidents and implement strategies for risk reduction.
  • Drive enhancements in HSE systems and processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage conflicts and thrive in dynamic environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in crafting safety management plans for projects.
  • Familiarity with incident reporting and management systems.
  • Strong business insight coupled with outstanding communication skills.

Compensation Package: $100K - $135K, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits.
