Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and a team of enthusiastic associates, you will empower our customers to pursue their passions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage customers in innovative ways, sharing insights about our products' fabrics, features, and benefits.
- Foster customer interaction both in-store and through community initiatives, including events and promotions.

- Communicate inventory and training requirements to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and team members regarding product details.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail setting; prior management experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, and Nutrition.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within large teams.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to seize opportunities.
- Proficiency with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
