Position Overview

As a Beverage Cart Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests by delivering prompt and courteous beverage service throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
  • Efficiently sell and serve a variety of beverages and snacks.
  • Organize and replenish inventory on the beverage cart to ensure availability of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
  • Attend to the needs of members and guests throughout the venue.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and practices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beverage cart during service hours and at the end of shifts.
  • Consult with management or supervisors as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid operator's license (bartender certification).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to providing first-class service.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and responsible service.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle; a valid, unexpired driver's license is required.
  • Experience with cash handling and transactions.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of golf etiquette when interacting with groups.

Physical and Mental Requirements

This position requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather. The role involves frequent bending, walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

The work is primarily conducted in an outdoor setting, with a moderate noise level.

Schedule

Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
