Position Overview:

We are in search of a committed professional to enhance our production operations. This position involves engaging in process enhancement initiatives, creating innovative tooling solutions, and working closely with the production team to boost operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and uphold current processes, tooling, and production standards
  • Revamp processes to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and customer requirements
  • Participate in lean initiatives and cost-saving strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive performance improvements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least three years of experience in manufacturing settings
  • Demonstrated success in executing process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to function in a matrix organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; CAD experience is advantageous
