In the role of Senior Implementation Analyst, you will act as the bridge between Operations and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment between both departments. Join our vibrant and expanding team, and we will assist you in developing a career you can take pride in.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying business needs for software solutions (WMS, reporting tools, etc.), facilitating training sessions, and addressing discrepancies to meet organizational and client goals.
  • Coordinating the gathering, documentation, and communication of business requirements and best practices to the IT department.
  • Delivering training for software implementation related to maintenance, launches, and upgrades.
  • Creating instructional materials and resources for system users.
  • Collaborating with IT, Engineering, and Operations to formulate testing scenarios, execute system tests, pinpoint discrepancies, troubleshoot effectively, and provide solutions.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients, staff, and management to fulfill necessary requirements.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, system implementation, or a related field.
  • Experience in distribution and warehousing.
  • Familiarity with automated software systems and their implementation.
  • Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications, and database systems.
  • The capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including some weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of any of the following WMS applications: SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and/or WMX (GXO's proprietary WMS).
