Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in optimal condition for operational use.
  • Propose strategies for preventive maintenance and corrective measures.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the professional discipline.
  • May involve support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge across a broad spectrum.
  • Utilize general business knowledge acquired through education or previous experience.
  • Understand how the work of the team contributes to the overall objectives.
  • Resolve issues following established protocols, consulting with supervisors or senior team members for complex matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address challenges effectively.
  • For roles that interact with customers, build strong relationships and serve as the liaison between the customer and the organization.
  • Exchange technical information, pose questions, and ensure mutual understanding.
Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling and/or Manufacturing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to document, plan, promote, and implement programs.
