As a key member of our maintenance team, the Maintenance Supervisor II will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assign and prioritize work orders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to maintenance technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities to ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with production supervision to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production needs.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with production supervision and maintenance technicians.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with industrial instrumentation and distributed control systems.
