Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. is a leading consulting firm seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Aviation Team. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation in the transportation sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing civil and transportation projects for airport clients. Your expertise will be essential in preparing bidding documents, including horizontal and vertical layout, site development, grading, drainage, pavement design, marking, signage, erosion control, coordination with other disciplines, water & sanitary utilities, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction scheduling.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and growing younger staff within the dynamic aviation group, consisting of planners, engineers, and construction professionals. Your ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, engage with clients, agencies, and other professionals in the aviation industry will be crucial to our success.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5-10 years of civil engineering experience, with a strong understanding of delivering engineering projects and a complete understanding of delivering a quality and comprehensive product, program, or solution for our aviation clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and manage civil and transportation projects for airport clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5-10 years of civil engineering experience
