Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our counseling department, you will provide clinical supervision to new therapists, influencing program policies and contributing to the development of our counseling services.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow and advance their clinical supervision skills while staying rooted in community mental health. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians, connecting with a collaborative team and engaging in meaningful work.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to new therapists, focusing on topics such as identity and role development, boundaries, and communication techniques
  • Influence program policies and contribute to the development of our counseling services
  • Work collaboratively with our team, including interns, counselors, and supervisors
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in counseling or a related clinical field
  • At least two post-master's years of clinical experience
  • Licensed LPC, LMFT, or LMSW/LCSW (or equivalents)
  • Experience with supervision, both group and individual
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Compensation:

$27-$33 per hour, non-exempt position
