We are seeking a part-time child care provider to join our team at Care.com. As a part-time child care provider, you will be responsible for caring for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day. Our team will automatically place you in jobs based on your experience, location, and availability.

The ideal candidate will have related childcare experience and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under their care. You will also need to conduct intro calls with each family you're booked with, abide by and follow the schedule and rules set forth by parents, and perform household duties relating to the care you provide.

Physical requirements for this role include prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs at one time. We offer competitive hourly pay, ranging from $19 to $21, and benefits such as weekly pay, accrued sick time and vacation time, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and more.
