Speech Language Pathologist Position

The New Story Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals in making a lasting impact on students' lives. Located in Carlisle, PA, we serve children and young adults ages 5-22 in grades K-12 across multiple locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and interpreting data to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to implement effective speech-language therapy activities tailored to each student's needs.
- Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans, ensuring clear communication among all team members.
- Developing IEP goals and administering tests to support ongoing progress.
- Providing insightful reports and recommendations for student needs.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree from an accredited academic program.
- Active ASHA certification for speech-language pathologists (CCC-SLP) and/or audiologists (CCC-A).
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with child, parent/guardian, multidisciplinary team members, and other personnel involved in child's educational/behavioral program.
Benefits:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary range based on experience.
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000.00 to support your move.
