Instrumentation Specialist

Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed packaging lines and roasting equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform programming and maintenance of PLC, VFD, and MMI systems, including Wonder Ware and Allen-Bradley software.
- Specify and order parts as necessary to perform repairs or installations.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
- Perform electrical construction work, including running conduit and pulling wires.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Comply with all safety rules and plant policies, as well as FDA-defined Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Communicate with plant production, maintenance, and engineering personnel.
- Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test industrial instrumentation.
- Strong background in electronics, electrical, and industrial instrumentation.
- Experience working with PLCs, PC programming, and control systems.
- Journeyman level electrician with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb vertical ladders.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
