- Communication: Maintain effective communication with surgical teams, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of surgical procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certifications: Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician
- Experience: 2 years' Instrument Room Technician experience preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
