Position Overview
FEP Search Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to enhance our client's engineering team within the beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities
1) Oversee the management of electrical systems, components, and networks, along with the personnel and equipment tasked with their maintenance and installation.
2) Execute capital and operational projects, which include proposal design, development of electrical programming and wiring specifications, equipment selection and procurement, vendor and contractor management, and project cost tracking.
3) Supervise project installation and commissioning, providing training to plant operations, maintenance, and management staff.
4) Analyze plant systems for performance and reliability, recommending necessary updates and modifications.
5) Ensure the upkeep of facility power systems.
6) Maintain plant PLC, server, and network systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and expansions.
7) Conduct backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
8) Assist in the execution of mechanical projects by designing and implementing necessary power, networking, and PLC control systems.
9) Create and maintain comprehensive electrical and programming documentation to support all initiatives.
10) Provide guidance for the Instrument technician shop and oversee overall electrical work direction.
11) Promote and support company safety initiatives.
12) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local electrical codes.
13) Manage the plant's electrical safety program in accordance with NFPA-70E standards.
14) Supply the maintenance planner with essential information during planning phases to identify equipment for the CMMS system and provide technical documentation for preventive maintenance.
15) Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications
1) A university degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
2) Significant full-time work experience is required; recent graduates are not eligible.
3) Experience in the beverage industry is highly desirable.
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent electrical engineering experience.
