This position is essential within the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) division, looking for a Program Management Specialist and Quality Assurance Expert with a strong background in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), molding, semiconductor packaging, and product quality assurance. Key responsibilities encompass ensuring the manufacturability of product and process designs, establishing quality protocols, managing quality deviations, and additional related tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in System-in-Package (SiP), SMT, molding, and related fields
  • Familiarity with manufacturing partners based in Asia
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in data analysis

Job Responsibilities:

Engage collaboratively with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams to develop scalable mass-production methodologies. Duties include factory setup, maintaining technical operations, and contributing to MLB/SiP manufacturing processes.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline, accompanied by over 5 years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $119,900.00 and $181,000.00, with potential for advancement. Benefits include comprehensive medical and dental plans, retirement savings options, employee discounts, educational reimbursement, and more.
