About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Hospice Regional After Hours Administrator at AccentCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage administrative tasks and ensure seamless operations in the home health setting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hospice, home health, or related field
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with EMR systems
