**Job Summary:**

  • Maintain patient safety and structure by observing and recording relevant information related to treatment plans, reporting updates to the appropriate staff under nursing supervision.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to assess patient status and gather crucial data through patient interactions and available resources.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years of relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Child Abuse Clearance, CPR Certification, Criminal Background Clearance.
  • Non-violent crisis intervention certification within six months of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 1-3 years of mental health or clinical experience.
