**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on T-Mobile products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
