Key Responsibilities:
As an Endoscopy Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on assisting in surgical procedures and providing troubleshooting support in hospital operating rooms.
You will collaborate closely with the Endoscopy Sales Representative to sustain and expand business operations.
Specific Duties Include:
- Supporting Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion, and sales of Stryker products.
- Educating and informing medical professionals about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, including updates and changes to the product line and educational initiatives.
- After comprehensive product training, you will customize Stryker's promotional messages based on customer insights, advise on suitable product selections, respond to inquiries regarding product functionality, and differentiate Stryker products from competitors.
- Leading product evaluations in operating room and office environments.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
- Regularly updating the regional manager on territory progress.
- Resolving product-related issues for customers promptly.
- Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products.
- Adhering to all operating room and relevant OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role (preferably in medical fields).
- A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
