As a Restaurant Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing dining reservations and organizing special events.
- Delivering prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Answering phone inquiries and processing orders efficiently.
- Welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and presenting menus.
- Taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen.
- Serving food and beverages with attention to detail.
- Coordinating special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Monitoring tables to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Addressing any guest concerns or complaints professionally.
- Processing guest payments accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assisting colleagues to ensure timely service.
- Adhering to all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with:
- At least six months of experience in customer service or restaurant settings.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Safety Training certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
- Alcohol Awareness certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
Physical Requirements:
Candidates should be able to:
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
