Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tissue samples for histological examination
  • Embed tissue samples in paraffin blocks
  • Cut and stain tissue sections
  • Ensure accurate and timely results
  • Maintain proper records of all tests performed
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a Histology Technician or successful completion of the Inova Histology Tech Trainee program
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
