Action Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Energy Services team as a Utility Program Coordinator at our Peabody location. Our mission is to advance economic equity and foster a thriving community on Cape Ann and beyond.

Job Summary:

Supports a team of Utility Program Data Coordinators in communications with sub-contracting agency partners and funding source. The position will streamline the communication and resolution of errors identified during the invoicing review process in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting clear expectations for invoicing error resolutions
  • Responding to invoicing related inquiries from sub-contracting agencies and funding source
  • Maintaining and curating organization systems for logging inquiries and understanding the statuses of outstanding requests
  • Work closely with Data Coordinators on a daily basis
  • Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other meetings

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Proficiency in web-based project management systems
  • Driver's license required
