About the Role

Fabletics Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at our Fabletics Retail Store in Palm Beach, FL. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and operations, and working closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion for active lifestyles.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products, features, and benefits.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Participate in feedback to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
