Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products and services
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience and performance expectations
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager
  • Participate in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge and sales support to customers and associates
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment
  • Prior retail management experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners
  • Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure
