As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be expected to actively participate in company and store contests, stay up-to-date on financial goals and priorities, and support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational objectives. You'll also be responsible for executing digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS within the store.

We're looking for someone who reflects our brand's values by demonstrating a genuine passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends. You'll contribute to a positive working environment by consistently exhibiting core value behaviors, maintaining and driving our fashion image, and striving to improve individual performance while working as a productive member of the team.

Requirements
  • Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 35 pounds, and frequently sitting/standing for long periods of time. You'll also be required to climb ladders as needed and have the ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position, and flexibility with work schedule is required. As a national Retailer, you'll be expected to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
