Salary and Benefits:

Our salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the Federal government contracting sector;
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding business presence;
  • Strong understanding of the Federal market and its complexities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with proposal development best practices, such as Shipley or APMP;
