Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee superior project execution for clients.
  • Uphold safety standards throughout project operations.
  • Supervise a team of field personnel with a solid background in Construction and Contract Administration.
  • Leverage expertise in design, construction, and materials engineering standards to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage multiple construction initiatives while engaging in proposal development and workforce scheduling.
  • Provide project management for Federal, State, County, and City projects.
  • Engage in contract administration tasks in both office and field environments.
  • Collaborate with clients, community members, contractors, and agencies to ensure project success.
  • Comprehend and apply State & Federal Contract Administration procedures.
  • Work alongside the Contract Administration team to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in various project delivery methods including Design Build, CMGC, and Bid/Build.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, along with State of Texas licensure.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in construction with a focus on project management.
  • Capability to work under diverse weather conditions and handle heavy materials.
