Chief Executive Officer for Senior Living Community

POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Chief Executive Officer of our esteemed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), PruittHealth, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior residents.
Your innovative leadership and strategic vision will guarantee outstanding care and services across various sectors, including long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and premium living environments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver transformative leadership to our distinguished CCRC, nurturing a vibrant and enriching living atmosphere for residents.
- Work collaboratively with our management team to define and implement the strategic vision of the community.
- Oversee financial operations, carefully managing budgets and resource distribution to ensure a thriving and sustainable community.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and resident-focused care among our dedicated staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
- Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts to enhance occupancy and maintain a robust waiting list.
- Innovate and introduce progressive programs and services that address the evolving needs of our residents.
- Continuously assess and improve the community's overall performance and resident satisfaction.
- Encourage a culture of resident engagement and empowerment.
- Inspire and develop a committed, high-performing team.
- Strong financial management and budget oversight skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to senior living communities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in continuing care healthcare, encompassing long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and premium living.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a senior leadership role within the post-acute healthcare sector.
- Licensed nursing home administrator is required.
- Proven executive leadership experience in the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Experience in upscale community development, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.
- Expertise in project management, particularly in the redevelopment and renovation of retail services and investment living, commercial, and residential real estate.
- Demonstrated success in driving occupancy and enhancing community reputation.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A profound commitment to fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and resident choice.
