About the Role:

This position will be responsible for leading intercultural learning efforts within the Cranwell International Center and the Mozaiko Living-Learning Community. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing effective intercultural programs and will be able to work collaboratively with a diverse population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement intercultural learning programs and initiatives
  • Lead the Mozaiko Living-Learning Community and provide guidance and support to students
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote global and intercultural competence
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of intercultural programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in intercultural communication, language education, international affairs, counseling, student affairs, higher education administration, or related field
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing intercultural programs
  • Knowledge of best practices in living-learning communities
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and supervise staff
