Job Opportunity: Assistant Director for Intercultural Learning and Program Director for Mozaiko LLC
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Director for Intercultural Learning and Program Director for Mozaiko LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of intercultural learning programs and services that promote global understanding and cultural competence.
About the Role:
This is a regular, calendar year, 100% administrative professional appointment. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director of International Student Programs and will be responsible for leading intercultural learning efforts within the Cranwell International Center and the Mozaiko Living-Learning Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement intercultural learning programs and services that promote global understanding and cultural competence.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to design and deliver intercultural learning experiences.
- Provide leadership and support for the Mozaiko Living-Learning Community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in intercultural communication, language education, international affairs, counseling, student affairs, higher education administration, or related field.
- Experience in program development, implementation, and assessment.
- Knowledge of best practices in intercultural learning and living-learning communities.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing and implementing living-learning community programs.
- Knowledge of multilingualism and intercultural competence.
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
