We provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services include support with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal planning, and medication management. We also provide support with community integration, such as accessing community resources, participating in recreational activities, and developing social skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans that promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans that promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal planning, and medication management
  • Support individuals with community integration, such as accessing community resources, participating in recreational activities, and developing social skills
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that individuals receive high-quality support and care

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • No high school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills: communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
