About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our Business Department as a tenure-track faculty member or lecturer in finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in finance and accounting, as well as participating in curriculum development and evaluation. The position also involves research and publication in reputable finance journals, as well as engagement with the finance industry to benefit our programs and students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach finance and accounting courses at the undergraduate level
  • Participate in curriculum development and evaluation
  • Conduct research and publish in reputable finance journals
  • Engage with the finance industry to benefit our programs and students
  • Develop and maintain strong ties to the finance industry
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance or a relevant business field
  • Three years of full-time teaching experience
  • Ability to deliver effective teaching at the undergraduate level
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in finance with relevant professional experience
  • Three or more years of direct experience in finance
  • Expertise in corporate finance, investments, financial markets and institutions, financial technology and analytics, and international finance
  • University teaching experience
  • Research experience in an academic institution
