About the Role

Lorenz Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist - Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Behavioral Health department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy sessions for patients in a medical setting
  • Carry a patient caseload as assigned and provide ongoing care and support
  • Attend and participate in monthly case consultation, Grand Rounds, business meetings, and other meetings as required
  • Comply with clinic documentation standards and relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
Requirements
  • A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC) to be qualified as a Mental Health Professional
  • At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
  • Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
