Overview

Carollo Engineers is a leading civil and environmental engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking experienced infrastructure engineers to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Assist with proposal preparation, including development of scopes of work and engineering fee estimates
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring of project staff and entry-level engineers
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California and/or Hawaii or EIT Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques to develop options and recommendations
  • Experience delivering and managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer-in-Training: 0-4 years of experience in planning, design, and/or construction of water/wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Professional Engineer: 4-8 years of experience
  • Mid-level Engineer: 6-12 years of experience
  • Senior-level Engineer: 12+ years of experience
Compensation and Benefits

Carollo offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, pre-tax savings account options, and more.
