Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our insurance and travel products, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide high-level support services to members, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, and selling travel and membership products.
- Insurance and Travel Sales: Promote the sale of insurance products and travel and membership products to customers, and generate leads to drive revenue growth.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to travel and insurance agents during peak periods, and assist with basic training of less senior personnel.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Mathematical Calculations: Perform mathematical calculations to accurately process monetary transactions.
- Teamwork: Work effectively in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service.
- Active State Property & Casualty License: Must have an active State Property & Casualty license.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance, and/or travel sales preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a competitive hourly wage of $16.44-$21.38, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance.
