Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales operations.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing the shopping experience for customers while overseeing the sales floor and stockroom activities.
Essential Duties:
- Foster a motivating environment for associates to maximize their sales capabilities.
- Deliver real-time coaching and training to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and effective stockroom management.
- Collaborate with Store Management to provide constructive feedback on team performance.
- Guide associates in understanding store operations, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Implement action plans aimed at optimizing sales results.
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Ensure adequate associate coverage to enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee and approve the checkout process.
- Assist with merchandise flow, including shipment and replenishment.
- Evaluate and enhance the customer service delivered by team members.
- Develop effective schedules to ensure optimal staffing.
- Encourage a culture focused on outstanding in-store customer experiences.
- Resolve customer service challenges effectively.
- Exemplify and lead our customer experience model.
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, company policies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Support product launches, visual presentation standards, and signage placement.
- Perform other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a retail environment.
- Proficient in technology usage (iPad, registers).
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Meets physical requirements for the role.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and supervisors.
- Proven sales accountability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple customers and processes simultaneously.
