Medical Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Maine Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to launch or further your career in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, you will perform various service duties and technical tasks such as taking vital signs and assisting patients with basic hygiene and activities of daily living. Specific duties may vary by area of assignment, requiring consideration of the special needs and behaviors of specific patient populations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant by the State of Maine and be on the State of Maine Registry, having completed a six-week or equivalent course.
• CNAA experience 0-6 months, with on-the-job training provided.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
