    • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in and follow established operational systems and standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, labor, and sales data.
  • Strong Teamwork Culture
    • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
    • Encourage and support team members in their professional development and growth.
  • Responsible Cash and Card Handling
    • Ensure that all cash and card handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cash and card transactions.
  • Must be Available Night & Weekends
    • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
    • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing business needs.
  • Cultivate Open Communication between Managers and Team Members
