Amazon Fresh Vendor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Manager to join our Amazon Fresh team. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for leading multiple facets of our omni-channel retail business, including growing and maximizing our partnerships with critical vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead annual vendor negotiations and drive joint business priorities throughout the year.
- Own strategic vendor relationships, negotiate vendor terms, and partner with marketing and advertising to drive traffic.
- Work with supply chain to guarantee product availability and deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level across all aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement business plans to ensure early insight into new trends and products, early and exclusive access to new items, merchandising and promotions investment, and competitive costs.
- Represent Amazon when meeting with vendor senior leadership and lead a cross-functional team to drive superior vendor and category results.
- 3+ years of experience with Excel and 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience.
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
- Preferred qualifications include experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements, vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
