Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of managing one of our busy convenience stores.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  2. Marketing and Community Involvement: Develop and implement strategies to promote the location through marketing and community involvement, increasing customer loyalty and sales.
  3. Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, encouraging employee growth and development, and ensuring that all employees receive regular feedback and coaching.
  4. Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in retail or convenience store management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
