- Oversee daily marketing tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain productive relationships with creative vendors and consultants for assigned initiatives.
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly production of all marketing materials.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee optimal outcomes from the marketing department and external consultants.
- Supervise the revision and approval stages, from initial concept to final sign-off.
- Conduct thorough proofreading and final approvals for all marketing outputs, including brochures, flyers, and digital communications.
- Coordinate third-party translations of marketing materials as necessary.
- Develop and manage weekly production schedules, providing updates during traffic flow meetings.
- Plan and execute event strategies for all assigned projects.
- Oversee the complete event production process, from preparation to follow-up.
- Organize and distribute weekly event calendars.
- Direct the creative development of event invitations.
- Manage guest list creation and drive RSVP engagement.
- Facilitate post-event evaluations with the event and sales teams.
- Coordinate post-event media follow-ups with account managers and sales teams.
- Develop media strategies for all projects, including creating media schedules and ensuring timely ad placements.
- Negotiate vendor proposals and contracts effectively.
- Review and manage social media schedules and uploads for assigned projects on a regular basis.
- Conduct monthly reviews of project websites to ensure content remains current.
- Analyze traffic reports from media agencies and recommend improvements.
- Upload weekly press materials to project websites.
- Coordinate all photoshoots and video productions for assigned projects.
- Review and fact-check press releases for assigned projects, securing necessary approvals.
- Manage content uploads to backend content management systems to keep online sales tools updated.
- Maintain the Terra Marketing Server Content for assigned projects, ensuring all images are current.
- Organize and manage inventory of marketing materials across corporate and sales offices, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Secure necessary partnership approvals for creative and quote submissions as per agreements.
- Handle any additional marketing-related tasks that may arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of five years in marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing, public relations, or a related area.
- At least two years of experience in real estate development.
- Proficient in managing various marketing deliverables across print, web, digital, and social media platforms.
- A collaborative team player who values all tasks, regardless of size.
