Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, and training, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions, facilitating the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law, applying this knowledge to maintain compliance and improve HR processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of human resources experience, with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with all constituencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
