Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Innovating and refining manufacturing processes for both new and existing product lines
  • Contributing to initiatives aimed at modernizing equipment and systems within the facility
  • Addressing production challenges swiftly and effectively
  • Assisting in the quoting process for clients
  • Participating in Engineering design assessments

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles with a proven history of implementing LEAN practices
  • Proficient in conducting Root Cause Analysis to resolve part/process issues
  • Skilled in 3D modeling software, particularly SolidWorks
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Syteline
  • Background in providing production support and tackling technical challenges
  • Familiarity with process validations such as PFMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $80,000 to $95,000 based on experience
  • Three weeks of paid time off
