Job Summary

As a Strategic Merchandising Specialist at Jacent Strategic, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America, offering multiple solutions to make the challenging world of retail easier.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
• Execute merchandising resets to maximize sales and drive business growth
• Build retail displays that showcase impulse products and drive customer engagement
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to optimize sales
• Implement plan-o-grams to streamline merchandising processes

Requirements

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments and can meet the physical requirements of the role
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Algonquin, Carpentersville, or Huntley, IL
