Position Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed healthcare team at Satwa Physicians Group PLLC. This role is essential in delivering high-quality medical care and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize visual and auditory skills to perform essential job functions.
  • Employ manual dexterity for conducting medical examinations and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical evaluations.
  • Administer treatment plans for patients with various health concerns.
  • Maintain and review patient records meticulously.
  • Diagnose and manage primary healthcare issues effectively.

It is crucial to uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will oversee various special projects and reports as assigned, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Internal Relationships

  • Directly report to the Owner(s) regarding performance, attendance, and other HR-related matters.

External Relationships

  • Foster positive relationships with all clients and partners associated with Business Health Partners.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing is required.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas, along with necessary certifications.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong adherence to HIPAA confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires physical activities such as climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 75 pounds. The candidate must be capable of performing tasks that involve bending, reaching, and operating office equipment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting from $110,000 annually
