Position Overview:
St. David's Healthcare is in search of a dedicated advanced practice provider to become part of a heart failure clinic.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:- Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or Physician Assistant
- Experience in managing patients in both outpatient and inpatient environments
- Expertise in the care of advanced heart failure patients
- Training or experience in an acute care setting, with a preference for ACNS
- Ability to provide comprehensive care and assessments for patients
- A valid and active Texas medical license
- Collaboration with two other advanced practice providers
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed medical decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to educate patients and demonstrate proficiency in their specialty
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- No on-call duties or weekend shifts
